    More than 1.4 million people checked out the OC Fair last year, and that’s a lot of cars heading to the Costa Mesa fairgrounds.
    And though the Fairview Road and Harbor Boulevard exits off the 405 Freeway are open, there are lots of construction going on for a $1.9 billion widening of the freeway through the area.
