    ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The New Mexico Supreme Court has issued an order for Albuquerque attorney Thomas Clear III. Under the order, Clear has to "show cause" why he should not face disciplinary action after his paralegal, Ricardo "Rick" Mendez, took a plea deal implicating Clear in the DWI dismissal scandal. So far, Clear has not been charged in connection to the scandal.
