  ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Someone vandalized a historic church Friday morning during mass.
  The graffiti placed on the facade of San Felipe de Neri drew some pretty strong reactions. All it took was a few seconds and some cheap spray paint to make an ugly mess at the Old Town landmark.
  A worker spent Friday morning wiping the graffiti away and repainting the church doors.

  NEW YORK (AP) — Authorities say a New York City police sergeant has been fatally shot and another has been wounded in an exchange of gunfire with a suspect in the Bronx.
  Democratic Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced the sergeant’s death Friday. He says the other officer was shot in the leg and is undergoing treatment.
