  NEW MEXICO (KRQE) – A New Mexico elementary school is hoping their message saying no to drugs is enough to win a $1,000 prize.
  Milan Elementary is participating in this year’s “Red Ribbon Photo Contest.”
  From now until November 17th, people can vote for photos online.
  The group with the most votes will receive $1,000 and an I-pad.

  SANTA FE, N.M. (AP) – A 47-year-old state Game and Fish Department official is accused of stealing $13,500 of computers from an agency where she previously worked.
  The Santa Fe New Mexican reports that Budget Director Kelly Muniz was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of larceny in the theft of a dozen tablet computers from the Department of Health.
  State police say they recovered the computers.
