• Vigil to be held for victim of deadly carjacking

  ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A vigil will be held Wednesday evening for the man who was carjacked then killed.
  64-year-old Santiago Romero was outside an Albuquerque AutoZone last week when police say 21-year-old Ronald Delfino shot him, then stole the jeep Romero had just bought for his daughter.
  Delfino was later killed in a shootout with officers.
  Wednesday’s vigil will be held at 7 p.m. outside the AutoZone on Coors and Rio Bravo.

  FARMINGTON, N.M. (AP) – Farmington police say a UPS driver was repeatedly stabbed while delivering packages in a mobile home park.

  Representatives from Larry H. Miller dealerships presented $24,000 to Camp Invention, Locker 505, Albuquerque Rescue Mission and Haven House.
  The donations will help fund scholarships, clothing and a new learning center. Things they say will help New Mexico children.
  Since 1996, Larry H. Miller has given more than $400,000 to New Mexico charities.

  FARMINGTON, N.M. (KRQE) – New Mexico State Police have issued a missing juvenile alert for 15-year-old Jeri Etcitty.
  Etcitty is described as 5-foot-7 and 170 pounds with long red hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing black pants, a black and grey jersey and a black Chicago Bulls hat.
  Police say she was last seen around 11 p.m. Wednesday in Farmington and may be traveling to Albuquerque.
