  ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) – A man sought in a Jan. 5 fatal shooting in Albuquerque, New Mexico, has been arrested in Southern California.
  Albuquerque police say the U.S. Marshals Service arrested 21-year-old Darrius Valles in San Bernardino late Sunday night.
  Valles was named on an arrest warrant in the shooting of 43-year-old Jerry Jennings during an alteration.
