    Police hand over Grenfell files for charging decisions
    Met police investigators have submitted all files to the Crown Prosecution Service to allow them to make charging decisions following the Grenfell Tower fire.

    Gill Aggregates Limited has been fined £24,000 after one of its workers was drawn into machinery and suffered fatal crush injuries at its site in Dagenham, East London.
