Donna Maxine Rich Pape, 78, of Fort Smith passed into eternal life Monday, March 7, 2016, in Tulsa. She was born Dec. 13, 1937, in Fort Smith to the late Donald and Robbie Rich. She was a member of Heritage United Methodist Church in Van Buren, a 1955 graduate of Fort Smith High School and a 1958 graduate of Sparks School of Nursing.
