Director Fede Alvarez (The Girl in the Spider’s Web) is set to helm a Washington, D.C. based horror film under a new overall deal with Legendary Pictures alongside Alvarez’s writing partner Rodolfo Sayagues, The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed.
