  Thursday 24 August 2023Bradford South Neighbourhood Policing team along with Operation Steerside have carried out a multi-agency traffic operation at Horton Bank.The day of action on 17 August was targeting local issues including driving offences and speeding.43 traffic offences were reported for a range of offences including no seatbelts, driving through red lights, using a mobile phone and speeding.One vehicle was seized for no tax and another one was seized for no insurance.Find out more:

  Thursday 25 August 2023A new dedicated team has been set up in Bradford to tackle burglaries across the district.  The District Crime Team (DCT) has been created to combat the rise in burglaries across the area. The team comprises of a Detective Inspector, two Detective Sergeants and 12 Detective Constables.  Since the launch of the DCT team in April there have been 67 arrests resulting in 34 charges.  Find out more:
