  Thursday 23 March 2023A West Yorkshire Police officer is due in court charged with an on duty assault. Police Constable Simon Hartley, 38 who works in the Bradford District has been charged with Common Assault. He is due at Leeds Magistrates on 24 March. PC Hartley has been suspended. The charges relate to an incident which happened on duty on Queens Road on 6 October.  Find out more:
