  Police in Birmingham have launched an investigation this morning after two men were stabbed outside a Birmingham pub, one of them fatally.
   
  The stabbings took place in the early hours of this morning (Saturday) at the Forge Tavern in Digbeth.
   
  The two men, aged in their twenties, were injured and driven to hospital around 4.30am this morning.  One of the men died from his injuries a short time later.
   
  The second man remains in hospital where he is being treated.

  Police have arrested a man after another man was injured at Merry Hill shopping centre in Brierley Hill today (Saturday).
   
  Officers were called to the centre around 11.15am following reports of a stabbing.
