  We’re growing increasingly concerned for 71-year-old David Miles. David, from the Bordesley area of Birmingham, was last seen at 9am yesterday (Saturday 1 April) by his personal assistant. When they returned later that evening, David was not home.   Police have today charged a suspect in the investigation into the death of Dil Bahadur Subedi.
   
  Mr Subedi was crossing Belgrave Middleway just after 11:30pm on Sunday 26 March when he was hit by a green Ford Mondeo, which failed to stop at the scene.
   
  Dil Bahadur Subedi was treated by the ambulance service but despite their best efforts they could do nothing to save him and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
