  A wanted man has been arrested by West Midlands Police following a five-hour rooftop standoff during which officers were pelted with tiles.
   
  Akim Nicholson was spotted by officers in Streetly Road, Erdington, at around 7pm last night (Feb 24) driving a suspected stolen Audi.
   
  The vehicle collided with a police patrol car before being abandoned in nearby Scafell Drive.
   
  It’s alleged Nicholson then scaled bungalows in the cul-de-sac and began hurling roof tiles at officers
