  Detectives have charged a 55-year-old man in connection with the murder of Lisa Skidmore in Wolverhampton. Leroy Campbell, of Forest Road, Moseley, is charged with one count of murder, two counts of rape and arson with intent to endanger life.He is also charged with attempted murder following the attack on Lisa’s mother.Campbell will appear before Birmingham Magistrates Court tomorrow (Thursday 1 December).
