  West Midlands Police are set to launch their latest burglary campaign on Monday (19 October), aimed at spreading important safety advice before clocks go back next weekend and winter evenings start drawing in.This year to date has seen the lowest recorded burglary figures in a decade - dropping by 8.2 per cent since January. This has meant the average monthly figure across the West Midlands is now around 850 incidents compared to over 1000 at the start of the year.
