  • Enquiry launched after body found in Birmingham car-park

    Detectives are trying to piece together the last movements of a man found dead in a Birmingham car park last month.

    The 39-year-old Sri Lankan national (pictured) was found collapsed in the Bordesley Street car park by a security guard at around 9.15am on 28 February having travelled up from London by coach the previous night.   • Driver sought as car driven into club crowd - teen left with serious back injury

    Detectives are searching for the occupants of a Vauxhall Astra which drove at a crowd of people as they left a West Bromwich social club.

    The crash, on Friday 20 February, left an 18-year-old girl in hospital with spinal injuries. Police believe the Astra contained three or four Asian men who'd been involved in a disturbance outside the venue earlier that night. Detectives have released a CCTV image of the suspect car in the hope of tracing those responsible.
