  A Birmingham man has been charged with theft after being detained by a PCSO on patrol outside the University of Birmingham’s Barber Institute of Fine Arts.
  
  Unemployed Michael Clark, 34, was stopped as he left the city gallery. Clark, of Shadwell Street was arrested and later charged with the offence of theft and was bailed to appear before Birmingham Magistrates Court on 11 March.

  West Midlands Police have charged three bogus workmen with burglary and fraud after they were caught allegedly trying to con £300 from a 99-year-old Birmingham woman.
