  • Witness plea after man stabbed in Dudley bus disorder

    Police are appealing for witnesses after a disorder on a bus yesterday (Friday, 2 January), which left a man with stab wounds and a woman with an injured eye.

    The 29-year-old man and 19-year-old woman were on the number one National Express bus, heading away from Dudley at around 9.25pm, when they were involved in an altercation with a teenage boy as the bus was travelling along Burton Road.
  • Asian gold stolen in Solihull burglary

    Detectives have released pictures of a large quantity of Asian gold stolen in a Solihull break-in in a bid to trace it. 
      
    Thieves broke into a property on Yewhurst Road sometime overnight on Saturday 8 November while the house was unoccupied and took several jewellery boxes containing necklaces, earrings and other items. A large quantity of cash was also taken.
