  Temptation got the better of jobless David Jones when he spotted a shop till dumped by burglars. He used a screwdriver to force it open and found it was empty, only to land in court where he admitted attempting to steal.Nottingham magistrates heard that he was caught when police picked up the screwdriver and DNA tests were carried out on it. Now he must pay £480 for a new till at the Bulwell branch of Select Store, as well as doing 200 hours unpaid work and spending a year on probation....
