    Many drivers are misusing Blue Badges, according to Nottingham City Council's Parking Enforcement Team.In August, the council found two cancelled badges being used when the holders had died.There were also 11 expired badges, one fake badge, two damaged badges, and nine badges which were misused by non-badge holders.
