    Around 50 students were evacuated from their flats after a fire broke out in a derelict building next door to their homes. The fire, which took place in Radmarsh Road, Lenton, broke out around 7.20pm on Sunday evening and took just over an hour to fully extinguish. The road was closed after four appliances from across the city were called to put it out.
