  A Nottinghamshire councillor has been charged with raping a boy under the age of 16 three times. Jason Zadrozny, who represents Sutton-in-Ashfield North on the county council, has also been charged with four counts of indecent assault on a boy under the age of 16, all of which are alleged to have taken place between September 2, 2003, and April 30, 2004.
