    Halloween could be without a crucial ingredient for some this year due to a pumpkin shortage caused by wet weather, according to a new report.Growers say that supplies have been drastically reduced in the fortnight running up to the spooky celebration on October 31.The warning was issued by fruit and vegetable supplier Barfoots, which believes heavy rain in August caused pumpkins to sit on heavy and wet soil.This led to rot and has seen pumpkin yields cut in half.Commercial director Joe Barfoot.
