The body of a man was found in Alfreton during the early hours of Bank Holiday Monday.At 3.55am Derbyshire police were called to Wingfield Road where a man was found dead.The man suffered head injuries and has not yet been formally identified.Police have launched an investigation.Anyone with information is asked to contact Derbyshire police on 101 quoting incident number 153 of August 31. -
