  A man believed to be in his 30s has died after being repeatedly stabbed outside a West Norwood block of flats. The victim was attacked this afternoon in Dunbar Street, with police and paramedics being called to the scene at 5.40pm. Medics fought to save him but he was pronounced dead at the scene.An air ambulance was also scrambled to scene and landed outside a church.
