  Police were called to a South Norwood road earlier this afternoon after a 16-year-old boy was stabbed in the face and back.Metropolitan Police officers attended Albert Road, near the junction for Portland Road, at 3.18pm after receiving reports of a stabbing.But when they arrived the victim was not there.
