  Police are searching for information after a teenager suffered gunshot wounds in Tulse Hill on Monday night. Officers were called out to Tulse Hill Estate at 9.53pm to a report of a group of men with a firearm, but found nothing suspicious. However, about 20 minutes later, a 19-year-old man attended a south London hospital suffering from gunshot wounds. He remains in hospital, but his condition is not believed to be life-threatening.

Amanda Heyden, 43, was last seen at 9pm on Monday night at the accommodation in Woodcote Road.   A firefighter was reportedly thrown from a burning lorry by an "explosion" on the A23. The main road in and out of Croydon from the south is currently shut northbound and there a long delays southbound following a lorry fire close to the junction with the M23. The car transporter lorry, which had about 10 vehicles on board at the time of the fire, is currently a smoking wreck on the northbound carriageway.
