Croydon residents have been told they will be able to report fly-tipping by phone despite being told to inform the council about dumped rubbish online.The council's chief for 'Clean Green Croydon', Stuart Collins, has promised to ensure call handlers on the fly-tipping hotline take calls about waste left in the street.
