  Police have launched an urgent appeal to find a teenager missing from Croydon. Pamela Moreno Neira, 19, was last seen today (Tuesday) at 8am at her home in the Fairfield ward. She is described by police as described as a Latina female, about five foot tall with black shoulder length hair. There is no description of her clothing available at this time. A spokesman said they are growing "concerned" for her welfare.

  This footage shows the horrific moment a young woman was robbed by a hooded thug who attacked her on her doorstep and threw her to the floor before fleeing.
