Police were called out to the scene in Beulah Road at 5.30pm to find the injured teenager, who has since been taken to hospital by paramedics. London Ambulance Service also attended the scene.   A ban on cycling in three of Croydon's most popular parks could be overturned by the council. At the moment, cycling is not permitted in Lloyd Park, Park Hill Park and Wandle Park, but Croydon Council wants to permit riders to pedal their way through the popular green spaces.
