  Tram passengers have been warned to expect 10 days of disruption through Croydon as work to upgrade the network gets underway on Friday.As well as track replacement work, Transport for London (TfL) will be renewing drainage, re-paving pavements, clearing vegetation and renewing signals on the tracks between 9pm on Friday August 5 and 5am on Tuesday, August 16.The network will be closed in three stages, TfL says, in an effort minimise disruption, while there will be replacement buses and shuttle.
