  Police have closed a road in Norbury after chemicals were found at an address in Stanford Road.Officers were called to the scene at 7.40pm to reports of a man setting fire to a bed.While on the scene, police arrested the man after realising he failed to attend court regarding an unrelated matter.Officers also discovered a quantity of chemicals on the property, and evacuated the road as a precaution while examination took place, a Metropolitan Police spokesman said.The examination is still on...
