  A MAN was chased on foot and arrested on suspicion of burglary in Croydon today. A Police Community Support Officer was on routine patrol on St James's Road at 3.20pm when he noticed a man run from an address, followed by the occupants of the property. The PSCO pursued the man on foot and he was detained on Wellesley Road by supporting police officers. A 37-year-old was arrested on suspicion of burglary. He has been taken to a south London police station where he remains.
