  A MAN from Thornton Heath has been arrested by detectives investigating a string of night-time sex attacks on lone women in Norbury and Streatham.The 28-year-old was arrested on Thursday and is in custody at a south west London police station.Police say the three attacks, which happened at night in the Streatham area last December and in Norbury last month, have been linked forensically.The first victim, a 29-year-old woman, was punched from behind to the floor by a man at about 10pm on December
