A MAN is in custody after fleeing police officers during a routine check of an off licence in New AddingtonOfficers were performing a routine check at an off licence in Central Parade on Thursday, before a man ran out of the premises. Police pursued him and detained him on Ownsted Hill a short time later. The man has been taken to a south London police station.
