  A CROYDON rapper has been ditched by his talent agency after it emerged he is currently on the sex offenders register.   POLICE are appealing for help to find a missing 15-year-old boy last seen at Croydon University Hospital yesterday.Joshua Scales, from Croydon, was last seen at 11.55am and a police spokesman said officers are "growing increasingly concerned for his welfare".Joshua is white, 5ft 4ins tall, of slim build with short hair.
