  THE police have applied to review the licence of Dice Bar, a nightclub in Croydon town centre.In a notice, published on Croydon Council's website, the Metropolitan Police claims the High Street venue is "associated with persistent crime and disorder". Owner Roy Seda told the Advertiser he strongly denies the allegation and will contest it at an as of yet unscheduled hearing.   A PEDESTRIAN was taken to hospital after a car crashed into the front of a dry cleaners shop in Thornton Heath this morning. The silver car went through railings and onto the pavement before crashing into Linton Cleaners in Cotford Parade at 7am. Police said a pedestrian was taken to a south London hospital by paramedics after the incident suffering minor injuries. Nothing is known about the driver of the car yet, a police spokesman said.
