  MISSING 14-year-old twin sisters were found safe and well yesterday.Police released an appeal after Britannia Thomas was last seen on Thursday, January 7 and was missing from foster care in Luton. Britany was last seen on Monday, January 11 and was missing from foster care in Abbey Wood.They had links to Greenwich, Woolwich and Crystal Palace.They were returned home safe and well late last night, a Metropolitan Police spokesman said.
