  THE case of a woman accused of a £55,000 dating website scam has been adjourned for a fifth time.Neelam Desai, 35, was due to appear at Camberwell Green Magistrates' Court tomorrow (Tuesday) but the case is not listed. The court told the Advertiser Desai had emailed the listings office on December 28 to request the latest adjournment. The matter was then passed to District Judge Vanessa Baraitser the following day who decided to adjourn the hearing until January 28 at Croydon Magistrates'.

  A 21-YEAR-OLD has been charged with possessing an offensive weapon and drink driving in a string of offences after an incident in New Addington last week.Dean Riley, of no fixed address, has also been charged with dangerous driving, obstructing police and failing to stop after the incident at 2am on December 31.He was arrested after police on patrol in New Addington had tried to stop a car which failed to pull over.Riley was bailed to appear at Croydon Crown Court on March 16.
