  Officers from the #Bolton North Neighbourhood Team sighted this vehicle a couple of days ago trying to avoid them in the #Halliwell area. Yesterday, officers spotted the vehicle on Back Vernon Street. 2 occupants inside the vehicle were searched under S23 MODA and a small quantity of cannabis was recovered. Enquiries established that the vehicle had no policy of insurance in place, and therefore was seized under S165 Road Traffic Act. A Traffic Offence Report was also issued.
