    Bricket Wood station’s disused ticket office to be restored
    A scheme to revitalise a disused station building on the Abbey Line between Watford Junction and St Albans Abbey has been unveiled by London Northwestern Railway.
    The scheme, at Bricket Wood station in Hertfordshire, will be run by the local Heritage Trust and has been given the go-ahead thanks to a £250,000 grant from the rail operator.
    It will see the building, which has stood empty for decades, brought back into use, and when completed, it will operate as a community hub for passengers

    Deutsche Telekom sounds out potential bidders for Dutch business
    The German incumbent has made no secret of its plan to offload T-Mobile Netherlands, and now it appears as if that process has begun in earnest.
    According to a Bloomberg report late last week, Deutsche Telekom has appointed Morgan Stanley to help it sound out potential suitors.
    Unnamed sources cited by the outlet claim that private equity firms Apax Partners, Apollo Global Management, BC Partners, Providence Equity Partners, and Warburg Pincus have all shown early interest in T-Mobile Netherland

    Myanmar telcos reportedly pressured to install spyware
    The failed state of Myanmar, which is currently run by a military junta, is apparently preventing telecoms execs from leaving the country until they install wire taps.
    The news comes courtesy of Reuters, which stresses much of it comes from uncorroborated anonymous sources. The military conducted a coup earlier this year after the political party it supports was soundly beaten in a general election. The result is a civil war in which many separate militia conduct ad hoc attacks on army forces.

    There will be a series of outdoor cocktail drinks events in Bedford Square Gardens in central London in July and August.
    The events will feature a number of London bars having stalls around the garden squares, along with street food and music.
    Tickets are available for Friday 23rd – Saturday 24th July, and also Friday 20th – Saturday 21st August.
    Tickets cost £20 per person and that includes a welcome cocktail, live music and demonstrations.

    Australian mobile operator TPG Telecom wants to offer reliable indoor 5G coverage and boost the overall range of its network.
