Moss is set to open a new store in Birmingham’s Bullring shopping centre in May, continuing its efforts to refurbish and resize its store portfolio.
The menswear retailer, which rebranded from Moss Bros to “Moss” in 2023 is focusing on updating stores in high-footfall locations. Though the existing Moss store at Birmingham New Street will remain open.
CEO Brian Brick told Drapers that Moss is also undergoing major refurbishments across its portfolio.

Poundland’s managing director Austin Cooke has left the discount chain less than two weeks after ex-boss Barry Williams returned to the helm, Retail Gazette has learnt.

Trouva up for sale for the fourth time in three years
The owner of online fashion marketplace Trouva is calling to suspend trading while it puts the business up for sale for the fourth time in less than three years.
The owners, Project J, are working with accountancy firm RSM to find a new buyer, Sky News reported.
