Fashion retailer Rixo has unveiled a ‘try before you buy’ service for shoppers to test out garments at home.
The “first of its kind” service, offered in collaboration with tech start-up Harper, allows customers to try up to four styles at home with no payment taken, although shoppers will pay the standard Rixo delivery fee.
The service allows for one delivery and one return, rather than several back-and-forth deliveries for exchanges, and uses reusable RePack packaging.Su
