Danish retail chain Søstrene Grene is set to open 100 new stores across the UK before 2030.
The family-owned homeware brand is looking to add a further five to ten locations to its existing retail estate this year as part of an ambitious expansion drive.

Temu UK growth slows as monthly downloads drop
Temu app downloads in the UK have dropped for the first time this year, research from Morgan Stanley has revealed.
The investment banking company found that downloads were down month-over-month in June by approximately 1.3m.
Monthly visits to Temu now sit at around 23m, around the same level as Asos.

Morrisons adds entry level Savers range to its convenience stores
Morrisons has become the first UK supermarket to introduce a range of entry level products to its convenience stores.
Items from its Savers line will be available in over 500 Morrisons Daily branches, priced the same as in the supermarket stores.
The roll out starts with 10 products, including milk, toilet rolls and orange juice, which will be followed by a further 30 items added in the coming weeks.
As part of its investment into value, Morrisons is also cutting the price of 18 high volume item -
Warehouse demand hits lowest point in a decade as online boom fades
Demand for warehouse space has hit a decade low as the online shopping boom fades post-pandemic.
According to CoStar Group, the number of companies vacating warehouses has surpassed those acquiring them for the first time in 11 years.

M&S chair ‘unhappy’ with Ocado Retail as reset underway
M&S chairman Archie Norman told shareholders that he was “not happy” with Ocado Retail performance last week and said there was “work to do” with the joint venture it runs with the online grocer.
Ocado Retail posted a £501 million loss earlier this year, up from £177 million the year before.
According to The Times, the online grocer is set to receive 40% less than it had hoped in performance payments from M&S because of the decline.
