  Co-op has raised the stakes for rapid grocery delivery to customers’ homes after announcing a partnership with Zoom 1hr Delivery.
  Not to be confused with Ocado’s Zoom delivery service or the online video-telephony software programme, Shropshire-based firm Zoom 1hr Delivery will look to increase the number of slots available to Co-op customers.
  The partnership will go live this month, serving more than 50 towns and cities in Wales, Shropshire and along the Wales/ England border.

  New research by Citizens Advice finds 47 per cent of adults in Britain had issues with parcel delivery since the first lockdown in March.
  The report found complaints about parcel deliveries made to Citizens Advice had trebled since the coronavirus pandemic, with shoppers turning to online platforms instead of bricks and mortar stores.
