  • Manchester United signs True Religion as global denim partner

    Manchester United has joined forces with denim brand True Religion to unveil club branded denim clothing.
    As part of the partnership, the collection will feature jeans, shirts and jackets, including a limited-edition denim jacket embroidered with the club’s crest.
    True Religion will roll out  men’s & women’s co-branded clothing on sale beginning 26 October in the club’s Megastore as well as online via United Direct and truereligion.com and eu.truereligion.co

    Discount supermarket Lidl Ireland has begun a print campaign to encourage participation and media coverage for women's sport by 2020.
    The campaign titled #20x20 aims to encourage a 20% increase in attendance, participation and media coverage of women's sport in the next two years.

  • eBay to acquire Motors.co.uk to combat AutoTrader

    eBay has agreed to buy the website Motors.co.uk to transform it into an ad site for cars to rival AutoTrader.
    As part of the acquisition, currently Cox Automotive owned Motors.co.uk will merge into eBay owned classified ad site, Gumtree UK. The deal is expected to be completed by early next year.
    As per eBay, the combined group will offer more than 620,000 car listings, against Auto Trader's 500,000.

    First Bus unveiled its new buses in George Square, Glasgow inside a giant 'HotWheels-style’ box.
    The campaign 'Full of More' conceptualised by MadeBrave, showcased the new bus fleet, which are low on emissions and fitted with leather seats, free WiFi and USB ports.
