    India’s health ministry has asked states to take action against cigarette advertisements that violate regulations, and plans to seek an explanation from cigarette maker Philip Morris International about its marketing practices.

  • Swedish rail operator to name train Trainy McTrainface in latest online poll saga

    A Swedish rail operator is set to name one of its trains Trainy McTrainface after a public vote.
    Trainy McTrainface won 49% of the votes in the naming competition, conducted online by train operator MTR Express and Swedish newspaper Metro. Other names included Hakan, Miriam and Poseidon.
    In a statement MTR wrote that the news “will be received with joy by many, not just in Sweden”, following the rejection of the name Boaty McBoatface in a similar public vote in Britain.
