    TransRe has picked up Latin American and Caribbean specialist
    Hugo Cardona from Aspen Re, earlier this week naming the executive
    as its Miami-based vice president and head of marketing and

    teaming up with two ex-colleagues - a former XL Catlin unit leader
    and an information systems executive - to form a new excess and
    surplus carrier called Ategrity Specialty Insurance Company.
