  Guarantee Insurance, the workers' compensation carrier
  controlled by former Patriot National CEO Steve Mariano, has filed
  a corrective action plan with Florida regulators, the first step in
  a process that began when the insurer was put under state

• Aon investment arm expands with $475mn Townsend deal

  Aon's asset management arm has agreed to buy real estate
  investment adviser Townsend Group from Colony NorthStar for about
  $475mn.
  The deal is expected to strengthen Aon's already substantial
  asset management and investment advisory service by bolstering its
  offerings in alternative private market assets, Aon said in
  announcing the deal late today. The London-based company manages
  over $100bn in assets worldwide and advises managers of $4.2tn in
  additional assets.
